Return/ Exchange Policy

We at RAREGEMS strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, Raregems allows you to initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note: Requests for exchange or return will be entertained only once free for each order, and more than one time for same order, you have to pay shipping charges 150 rupees per item, this applies only to our exchangeable and returnable products.

Return Or Exchange Eligibility

You may request an return or exchange if:

  • The received size does not fit.
  • You have received an incomplete or incorrect order.
  • The product is defective or tampered. (Photos and videos of opening parcel must be required)

In case of an exchange, you may choose the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability) or any other item of equal or greater value. You will have to pay a price differential if any if the new item selected is of a higher value.

Please note:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Labels and tags must remain intact.
  • The item must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • Requests for return or exchange made outside the specified time frame will not be entertained.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for discounted products.

 

Refund (Gift Voucher) Processing:

Once we receive the returned/exchanged products at our warehouse, our team will carefully assess their quality within 2-3 business working days. After the quality check, we will process the refund in your bank account or UPI id within 5 business working days. Please note that the  shipping (if any)  and tax fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Under any circumstances, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift Vouchers
  • Orders that exceed the given exchange/return window
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of sale.
  • Items returned with stains or damage not previously informed to us.

Refund Policy

If the return is approved, We do not offer same source refunds for the product returns or exchanges. Instead, we will issue refund to your bank account or your UPI id, after the quality check is completed.
